Description
Svens Telemaque is our July 2023 AKOMA bouquet recipient. A professional author, speaker, spoken word artist, and social entrepreneur, was nominated for being an instrument of God`s love. Svens is a blessing to many and has had immeasurable impact with his service to the prison ministry, Desta, Maasai mentoring program and Union United Church.
Akoma comes from the Asante of present day Ghana, and symbolizes compassion, understanding, devotion, goodwill and love. Akoma Bouquet is awarded to members in our community working in healthcare, social services or education who embodies the spirit of AKOMA.
